1. What we collect

Account info (email, username, and phone if you add it), profile content, streams and chat, gifts and transactions, and device info needed for notifications.

2. How we use it

To run the app, rank streams and leaderboards, process payments and payouts, keep the community safe, and send notifications you turn on.

3. Payments

Card and bank details are handled by our payment providers (Apple, Google, Stripe). We do not store full card or bank account numbers.

4. Who provides our services

We use trusted providers to run the app, including Supabase (accounts and data), Cloudflare (website), Resend (account emails), and later video and payment providers. They only use your data to provide their service to us.

5. Your controls

You can hide your levels, turn off messages and notifications, edit or delete your profile content, and delete your account.

6. Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Delete account. Or email support@musiclounge.app from the address on your account. Steps: musiclounge.app/support.

7. Children

The Music Lounge is not for children. You must be 18 or older to go live or receive gifts.
