Terms of Use

1. Accounts

You must be old enough to use the app in your region. Earning money from streams requires age 18+ and identity verification.

2. Coins & gifts

Coins are used to send virtual gifts. A gift is worth 1 cent per coin (100 coins = $1.00 of gift value). Coins and gifts have no cash value to the sender and are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Streamer earnings

Whoever receives a gift gets 75% of its value; The Music Lounge keeps 25% (for example, a 1,000-coin gift = $10.00: $7.50 to the receiver, $2.50 to the app). New earnings are held for 7 days, and payouts require a $50 minimum.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly at the price the streamer set until cancelled.

5. Your content

You own what you create. By streaming, you give The Music Lounge permission to broadcast it to viewers in the app.

6. Community Guidelines

Keep it about the music: no harassment or hate, no sexual content, no spam or scams. Streamers and their mods can moderate their streams, and anyone can report a stream, message or profile.

7. Enforcement

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines.
